Refund policy

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges as all products are custom art pieces.

Adjustments
Each painting is includes a complimentary adjustment. This adjustment does not include situations in which the customers has made an error with their description for their custom painting. A fee may be charged for such an adjustment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on our products due to the nature of the custom products. Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
A refund and cancellation can be processed on an order within 24 hours of purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.i
